Does Your Technology Meet Your Needs? Most people would probably say no to this question. The funny thing is, if your electronics broker has set you up with something for your small business it is probably much more than you will ever utilize, or something outdated and too slow for your needs. Same thing holds true for home users. It is rare, these days, to find a company willing to tailor your technology purchases around what you truely need. That is where we come in. There is no job too big, or too small, that will not encompass our customer centric satisfaction guarantee*. Who is YOUR network relying on? You are busy, let's face it. Do you really have the time to monitor your own network? Spreading yourself too thin in this economy is no longer an option, because time away from your clientelle is money taken from YOUR pocket. VF Tech gets it, we know how hard you have worked to grow your business. So go ahead, forget about it, let us do all of the work. TechBlog: Date: 12/30/2010 Who do you trust with your valued data? Is it your business records? Is it those treasured photographs of your children, grand children, or family friends? What ever the case may be lets look at how most people choose an IT Company. Are you one of the millions of people who know how to turn the PC on and use it for their needs and nothing more? Don't be afraid to admit it. Most people from young to old fall into this category. When speaking to most IT companies its clear that they either have NO customer service skills and will kill you with long winded technical jargon and un-needed details, or they have NO computer skill what-so-ever. I recently spoke to a representative from a local orgainization (no names need to be included) and this person told me "any idiot with a screwdriver can work on computers". This was so sad and disheartening for me, but seems to be par for the course nowadays. Let's be clear on something...IDIOTS SHOULD NOT BE WORKING ON YOUR COMPUTER!!!!! Only professionals, with certifications, degrees, and the on-the-job experience should be handling your precious data. I am in no way indicating that I, owner of VF Technology, am the only competent installer in the tri-state area, I am just saying to be careful when choosing who is working on your equipment. Does this person have experience, and other satisfied customers if he/she is not certified? Does this person have the know-how to fix your individual problem. Cookie-cutter repair shops are the newest thing. "One price fits all. We will fix your PC regardless of whats wrong for $89.00." It just pains me to see this kind of stuff because IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG HOW CAN YOU QUOTE A PRICE? In the holiday season I am sure we are all stuffed full of turkey and ham and other things, but a little food for thought... Vincent TechBlog: Date: 11/30/2010 The holidays are upon us. This means more time at the office, more time at the mall, and less time with your family. It seems strange to me that in the midst of a season of giving, sharing, and love we find it increasingly harder to be with our loved ones. Well with such little time who can really partition their day to leave enough time to take care of their PC. At VF Technology we really do understand this. We know its hard for you to just get your work done on that pesky laptop or desktop let alone deal with "Windows Blue Screens", viruses and malware, as well as many other issues. Let us handle this for you this holiday season. It is a common fact that online shopping is ever increasing, and with more traffic on our cyber highways there are bound to be many preditors out there looking to exploit you just in time for the holiday's. Please make sure your anti-virus is up to date as well as enabled and running. Make sure windows has the latest security patches and updates as well. If you cannot do this yourself, give us a call today (203-448-0472). Vincent |
